1 General Terms

Betjelly (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting service operating for users in Bangladesh and other selected countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betjelly and its users.

Betjelly reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email address and the update date will be reflected on the website. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use betjelly's services, you must acknowledge that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are betting with your own funds; (c) betting is a form of entertainment for you, not a primary source of income.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required when creating a betjelly account. If an account is registered with false details, betjelly reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance at any time.

• Maximum per person, household, address, or IP address a betjelly account approved.
• Please provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address at the time of registration.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential — betjelly will never ask for your password.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: betjelly verifies your identity for security purposes. Prior to your first withdrawal, or upon request by betjelly, you will need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. betjelly aims to verify documents within 48 hours.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Betjelly supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through SSL-secured channels.

Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is pending or a security review is required.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Betjelly may request additional verification for any transactions deemed suspicious.
• Betjelly does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Betjelly offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the offer page. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirements: A minimum wager of 10× the bonus amount is required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued.
• Minimum Odds: Minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) apply to bonus bets.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5 Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with the general rules below before placing a bet on betjelly. Detailed rules for each sports category are available on the Platform.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Live bets can be placed after a match has started, though odds are subject to change at all times.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded. However, if 50% or more of the match has been completed, bets will be settled based on the result.
• Betjelly reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts will be treated as syndicate betting.

Betjelly reserves the right to set maximum bet limits. Accounts may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6 Account Closure & Restrictions

Betjelly reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If fraud, deception, or money laundering is suspected.
• If registration is completed using false or inaccurate information.
• If bonus abuse or system exploitation is proven.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be placed on hold during an ongoing investigation. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support.

7 Responsible Betting

Betjelly firmly believes that betting is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage users to play responsibly and offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from your account for a set period of time.
